Refund policy
Digital Products
Kindly note that for digital products (also known as printables) where you receive a digital file after your purchase, tare non-refundable (no refunds). Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds and returns are not offered. Do feel free to contact nicole@purposeledcoaching.co.za, if you have any technical questions.
Workshops
Workshops are non-refundable and transferable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or a future workshop date. Please contact us at nicole@purposeledcoaching.co.za to make arrangements. The owner of Purpose-Led Coaching reserves the right to cancel any workshop for any reason, without prior consent of attendees. In such cases, refunds will not be granted, but accommodations will be made for the next suitable date.
Retreats
Retreats are transferable and refundable on the following basis. Retreat bookings are transferable to another person with prior consent from the owner of Purpose-Led Coaching. Refunds will be managed as follows: 50% refund of payments made before June 30th, and no refunds will be granted after June 30th. Please contact us at nicole@purposeledcoaching.co.za to make arrangements. The owner of Purpose-Led Coaching reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason, without prior consent of attendees. In such cases, refunds will not be granted, but accommodations will be made for the next suitable date.
Physical Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nicole@purposeledcoaching.co.za within 10 days of receiving of your product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified of your refund and will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
